During service delivery, we may request information or documents necessary for the engagement, including business address, GSTIN, PAN, Aadhaar, constitution documents, premises proof, bank proof, tax records and government correspondence.
We may also retain information you provide through email, telephone or WhatsApp, as well as basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, cookies or similar technologies.

- To provide GST registration and compliance services.
- To communicate by phone, email and WhatsApp.
- To prepare or submit materials after appropriate authorisation.

We do not sell personal information. If online payments are offered, processing may be handled by the relevant payment gateway and bank. Do not send us card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
We may use cookies or similar technologies for website operation, security and analytics. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, server-side verification and anti-spam protections.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
6. Retention and your rights
